„Development of an intermodal public industrial logistical area in the region of Fényeslitke-Komoró (ÉAOP 1.1.1./C-2009-0002)” priority project progress

1.1.„Development of an intermodal public industrial logistical area in the region of Fényeslitke-Komoró” priority projekt with the identification number ÉAOP-1.1.1/C 2009-0002 has been identified by the government in 10.12.2008. The leader of NDA-ROP-MA and the jury of ÉAOP approved it on their meeting, and considered it for funding with net 1.777.244.950 HUF, by a net total charged cost 3.554.489.900 HUF.

1.2.RFH Co..on behalf of the implementation of the priority project published an invitation for a tender with the title „ The purchase of land for industrial recovery in the region of Fényeslitke with the these topographical numbers 0113/2 (92074 nm) and 050/35 (2251146 nm).Til the deadline of the tender ( 09.07.2009) bid one contractor his tender. According to the tender came into existence the contract with the municipality of Fényeslitke in 31.07.2009 for 194.300.000 HUF + VAT.

The RFH Co. commands fully according to this contract with all proprietary rights of the industrial logistical investment area ( 160 hectars ) of Fényeslitke-Komoró.

1.3.The National Asset Council authorized the RFH Co. as a contractor of the rail infrastructure, power, water, communication, internal road to select and get the public procurement procedures in a net estimated 2.703.549 HUF.

1.4.The public procurement procedures about the municipal water supply utilities, transport and internal electrical infrastructure of the area

Til the contract's deadline ( 24.08.2009 ) bid only one contractor.

The National Asset Co. Council authorized the RFH with the „KE-VÍZ 21”Construction Ltd. to make a contract whose date was on 02.10.2009.

For the contractor was handed over the area on 16. 10. 2009.

The contractor began the preparation work of the area, the making of plans are in process, the necessary official announcements have been made to began the work.

The deadline of the implementation according to the contract was 29.08.2010.

1.5.The public procurement procedures about the rail structure building of the area

The RFH Co. as a contractor began a public procurement procedures in the European Union”s Official Journal in number 2009 / S 130-189499 in 10.07.2009 and in the Public Report in 15.07.2009,in number 82.Three of them purchased the tender documents, it received only one tender on 23.11.2009.

After the procedure was the selected contractor the Swietelsky Railway Ltd who makes the work for net 887 423 434 HUF. They made the contract on 21.12.2009.

1.6.The RFH Co. signed the public procurement on 14.09.2009 in the subject the implementation of activities for the security of the priority project ( estimated value: 17,5 billion HUF ). Til the contract's deadline bid only one contractor. The results was on 20.10.2009. With the winner, INNO-INVEST Ltd. was made a contract on 04.11.2009. Deadline of performance was 28.08.2009.

1.7.The RFH Co. signed an open national public procurement for lease and long term use of the area by the contribution of KK and EKKE, it appeared on 05.11.2009, the estimated value of the procurement is 10 billion HUF. Because nobody came forward to the announcement, began the RFH Co to sell the area.

1.8.The project management works of the priority project makes within the organizational framework of RHF Co.

1.9.The planned implementation, completing and closing of the priority projekt

1. The planned date of the project's physical realization is 31.08.2010.

The expected completion date of the projekt elements's execution :

Rail infrastructure: 23.08.2010.

Municipal water supply utilities, internal transportation and electricity infrastructure:

30.08.2010.

Heavy power infrastructure: 30.08.2010

Gas infrastructure: 30.08.2010

2. The deadline of the project's last payment request is: 30 days after the project's physical implementation

3. Ending the project: after the beneficary's submission report, approved by the Organization for Contribute and/or the preparation of the final protocol.
