The railway development is part of the redevelopment of brownfield sites in a wide-track service and part of the renovating of the existing facility - the standard gauge service area.

The water utilities and the investment of the internal transport and power infrastructure is a fully brownfield sites investment. Each project component contains the building and realization some of new facilities completed with the renovation, expansion of some relevant facility.

The planned construction completion date is 31.08.2010.

The minimum period of the obligation for guarantee is 365 days.
