Primary direct target groups: professional investors who are interested in producing and selling of semi-finished and finished products and in processing of Eastern-Europian and Asian raw materials – especially Ukraine, Russia and China - within the borders of the European Union.
Secondary direct target group: ivestors who are interested in bulk goods market of Hungary, Eastern-Europian market of the EU, and the market of the Central- and Far East contries.
Tercialy direct target group: domestic, EU, Russian and Ukrainan companies who are interested in logistical potencial between the wide and normal gauge - loading, supplying internal logistic, delivery, waste disposal, etc. -.
Indirect target groups
The population of the area of Fényeslitke, Komoró and Záhony
The population of the settlements – who are in the program area- in 2005 was 46 418 persons, while in the test area lived permanently 50 729 persons.The population of the shire Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg in 2005 was 580 000 persons.
The growing demand of the labour-market provide por the local people living and a perspective.
The number of direct employees during the project in 2015 will be 2000 people. However, because of the multiplier effects of the investement will significantly improve the region's employment level, so under the project will decrease the unemployment rate of 2005 in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg from 10,3 % to 8 % in 2015.
The wider area businesses of Fényeslitke, Komoró and Záhony
The business area of Záhony provides in particular comparative advantages for those firms that carry out some value-added work ( sorting, processing ) on incoming raw materials, bulk goods and sell their products - that they product and form to the final shape - in the markets of CIS. Beside the farmer's investments play a role in the future the various transportation, logistical services too.
Exploiting the transit opportunities and the infrastructur of the area can be a catalyst of the future development thre three units of “industrial park-logistical center - custom free zone”, which both provide an adequate basis for settling investements and the needs of their services.
The region's local governments
16 settlements form the program area ( Záhony, Győröcske, Tiszabezdéd, Tuzsér, Komoró, Fényeslitke, Tornyospálca, Mándok, Eperjeske, Tiszaszentmárton, Zsurk, Kisvárdát, Döge, Tiszamogyorós, Benk, Mezőladány) while are closely attached to the area from sociale-economical point of view 4 other settlements ( Jéke, Nyírlövő, Pap és Újkenéz).That can we find 20 settlements who are directly concerned on the same geographical area with the project.
Disadvantaged roma groups of the region
The program has a positive impact in the improving of life chances by disadvantaged groups - in this case especially of Roma. The effect of the employment impact of investements can enlarge their chances to get a job and the training and retraining courses connencted with the investments can mend their job ability.
