Location of the development, direct field of effect
The planned industrial-logistical area wil set up in Northern Plains Region, in the shire Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg , in the small region of Kisvárda1, next to Kisvárda, from here to north located settlements in Fényeslitke, Komoró and Döge. The most part of the affected area lies in the administrative area of Fényeslitke. The major part of the area locates to south from the currentl operating „Southern rendező” , on the territory of the canceled „Northern rendező” and in its axis to north and south. The direct field of effect can be determinated with the affected areas according to the physical development and with the bordering properties of the there planned industrial-logistical area.
The creating of the industrial-logistical area is part of the 2090/2007. (May 23)Government Order „about the complex economic development program of the special economic zone in the region of Záhony”. So the direct field of effect of the project in social-economic way is possible in first step with the special economic zone, also known with the bordering of the program area.
The program area consists of 16 settlements ( Záhony, Győröcske, Tiszabezdéd, Tuzsér, grim, Fényeslitke, Tornyospálca, Mandel, Eperjeske, Tiszaszentmárton, jury, Kisvárda, Döge, Tiszamogyorós, Benke, Mezőladány) and to this area attach from social - economic point of view 4 settlements ( Jéke, Nyírlövő Pap and Újkenéz). So on with the project directly affected geographical area can we find 20 municipalities (test area). The indirect field of effect of the projekt are – narowly interpreted – the shires Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdu-Bihar and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén. In that region the indirect the social-economic effect of the project can be expected.
„The development of an industrial-logistical intermodal public area in the region of Fényeslitke-Komoró” project is part of the program of „complex economic development program from a special economic zone in the region of Záhony”. The purpose of the compley program is the increase of the international logistical rule of the country and the increase of the competitiveness and reception abilty of the region by completing the special features in the region of Záhony.
The connected projects of the complex program:
- Development of an indermodal industrial-logistical area in the region of Fényeslitke-Komoró
- in the region of Záhony the development of the rail infrastructure (outside the 100 main lines), the renovation of the wide and normal gauge track providing for the freight.
- In the region of Záhony the development of the rail infrastructure, the renovation of the track network for the freight and logistical capabilities.
1. According to the decisions, which currently are under construction – the small region of Kisvárda will split in the near future, on the present area of the region will work small regions of Kisvárda and Záhony.

Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg is the least industrialized area of Hungary. The per capita industrial production value in 2005 was the last place ranking of counties nationwide. However in the last 10 years began the modern industrial location. In the list of foreign investors are the USA, the 15 countries of the EU and Switzerland. In the industry's structure is dominated the manufacturing industry, within the production of textile, cloths, footwear, food, beverage and tobacco products are the most important and the chemical indusrty, but the companies in the section of metal and wood industry are prospering very well. In the county's trade goes now nearly three-quarters of exports towards the EU member states, which indicates that the changing of markets was succesful. The number of redundancies previously partially collapsed, but now strengthening eastern markets are considering a potencial for the placements of the region's and the shire's products.
From the general income of the region's population gives the economic indicator any information which is an income of the personal tax per capita.In this perspective of the shire's small regions stands the small region of Kisvárda – embracived the micro- area of Záhony – in a very good place, the second following the small region of Nyíregyháza. Therefore the region's indicator (419.757 HUF)exceeds the shire's value (404.158 HUF), so that can be noted that the income situation of people who are living in the region of Kisvérda is better than the situation of other residents who are living in other parts of the shire, except of in the seat living people. In regional and national outlook can be observed a backlog. Particular in national context is the difference significant, the national unit value (601,928 HUF), almost one and a half more than the regional data.
From he basic pre-school educational institutions are provided the kindergarden attendance for all settlements of the test area (20), except Győröcske. Except Győröcske, Tiszamogyorós and Zsurk there are everywhere primary school education.The secondary education is in Kisvárda and Záhony. In Kisvárda exist two secondary schools with general education, the Bessenyei György High School and the Saint László faint-based High School.
Normal full-time vocational training program is in the II. Rákóczi Feren High School.
For handling of the unemployment's problems in the 90s in Kisvárda and in the region have started working two institutions which follow the problem of adults training and retrainig: the Telekdi Kata High School and the High and Vocational School for Adults. In Záhony works the Kandó Kálmán Traffic School and High School, and the Dr. Béres JózsefvCollege. By the general high school class will start a general traffic department too.
In Nyíregyháza is the next post-secondary vocational training. The Regional Education Center of Nyíregyháza, and the College of Training and Development Institute of Nyíregyháza provides this form of training.
Higher education can be found in Nyíregyháza ( College of Arts and Humanities, College of Economic and Social Sciences, College of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Agricultural,Teacher Training College of Nyíregyháza and the Medical Faculty of the University of Debrecen) and die Faculty of theology in Sárospatak. University degree (MSc) training is available in the center of North Great Plain Region, in Debrecen, and in headquarters of the Northern Region, in Miskolc.
In the investment' a area is the shire Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg both in national and regional context in a big backlog. That shows that the national average (274,928 HUF / person) is one and a half higher than in the shire (153,868 HUF / person) and in the rank of the shiresvSzabolcs also only the before last, the nineteenth.
The increase of the rate of employment is an important component of economic growth boost, which is especially important in the north-eastern areas, which are in a highly unsatisfactory situation of the country.
