Fényeslitke – Komoró
The industrial site along the V. Transport Corridor of the European Union opens new dimension with the current developments, building a bridge to the markets of the Western, and of the Russian-Chinese freight-history.
The first aim of the project is building an industrial site with the complex infrastructure.
Záhony and its area is the eastern border of the European Union, the connection of the normal and wide rails and so the stopping point of the coming and going products. Thanks to the developing and increasing economical contacts the area between the two types of gauges is perfect for logistical and transport work (fe: handling and packaging). It is a beneficial area because of the increasing Eastern-Europian investor-spirit as well, after processing the imported raw material becomes a product of the European Union.
Because of the high unemployment Fényeslitke is one of the so-called disadvantaged setlements. But this means that the investments giving new jobs, growing the employment and developing the area’s economical, trading, cultural and touristical situation are supported and esteemed by the goverment.
Parameters of the Area
There are every utilities available for the coming companies in the 160 hectares of the Industrial and Logistical Site. The network can be continuously extended by the request of the buyers and tenants.

*4 pieces type 1000 transformator station, with 630 KVA transformators, for the insurance of the 0,4 KV connection points the transformators are public. In the transformator stations’ LV divisions there are cable boxes suitable for startup of the consumer connection. The LV cabals are 4x240mm2 and loopable. The LV division is about 1700 m long. The coming companies should cooperate with the EON-Hungária Ltd.
